Returns and Refunds

Steps to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label.
Return Process:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Attach the provided prepaid return shipping label to the package.
- Drop off the package at the designated shipping location.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
Refund Details:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
The refund amount will exclude any applicable restocking fees, if mentioned.
